For two and a half centuries, America has stood as a beacon of liberty, faith, and courage. Today we celebrate the nation our Founding Fathers built — a nation rooted in Christian principles, strengthened by patriots, and protected by generations of veterans who carried the torch of freedom.
This is our 250th Fourth of July. This is America. And we thank God for every year.
A Prayer for Our Nation at 250 Years
Heavenly Father,
We thank You for blessing this nation from its very beginning. Thank You for guiding the hearts of our Founding Fathers, who trusted in You as they built a nation rooted in liberty and truth.
Lord, we lift up every veteran who has defended this land. Bless them for their courage, their sacrifice, and their unwavering devotion to freedom.
We pray for the American people — that we may continue to love our country, honor our heritage, and walk in the faith that shaped this nation.
Protect our troops. Strengthen our families. Guide our leaders. And keep Your hand upon the United States of America.
